Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full‑time hybrid position based in the Palestinian Authority, combining on‑site responsibilities with some work‑from‑home flexibility. This role oversees day‑to‑day operational activities related to infrastructure projects, including resource planning, scheduling, and coordination of design, engineering, construction, and maintenance work. The Operations Manager monitors project performance, implements process improvements, and ensures compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications. Daily tasks include supervising cross‑functional teams, managing vendor and client relationships, tracking budgets and timelines, and preparing operational reports for senior leadership. The role also involves identifying risks, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across data, voice, video, security, and electrical system operations. Qualifications Strong operations management skills, including project coordination, resource planning, and process optimization. Experience overseeing infrastructure‑related work in data, voice, video, security, or electrical systems. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking using standard project management tools. Ability to lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid on‑site/remote environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.g., RCDD or similar), and a strong focus on safety and quality. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to make data‑informed decisions in a fast‑paced operational setting.
