Chief Executive Officer — PE-Backed Multi-Site Services Platform (Florida) We are representing a rapidly growing, private equity-backed field services platform that is building a market-leading business across South and Central Florida. This is not a traditional CEO opportunity. The company is not looking for someone to inherit a finished organization. It is looking for a builder. The platform has completed multiple acquisitions, established operations across several attractive Florida markets and maintains an active pipeline of additional opportunities. The strategy combines continued M&A with organic growth, cross-selling, increased market density and expansion into complementary recurring services. The underlying market is large, fragmented and well suited for continued consolidation. The foundation is in place. The next CEO will be responsible for turning a collection of strong local businesses into one cohesive, high-performing operating company . The Mandate The CEO will have full responsibility for the business and work directly with an entrepreneurial private equity sponsor that moves quickly, remains highly engaged and is committed to building a category leader. The mandate includes: Building the leadership structure, operating cadence and accountability required to scale a multi-location organization Integrating acquired businesses while preserving the customer relationships, local leadership and entrepreneurial cultures that made them successful Driving organic growth through pricing, customer retention, cross-selling, route density and new business development Building and developing regional and branch leadership Creating consistent KPIs, financial visibility and operating discipline across the organization. Continuing to acquire and integrate businesses while simultaneously improving the underlying operation Building the people, systems and infrastructure required to support a substantially larger enterprise One of the company's founders described the environment simply: "We're flying the airplane while we're building it." That is exactly the type of leader we are seeking. Who We're Looking For Industry experience is not the primary consideration. We are interested in proven CEOs, Presidents, COOs, Division Presidents and Regional Presidents from multi-site, route-based and field services businesses , including: Home & Residential Services | Facilities Services | HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical | Pest Control | Restoration | Roofing | Security | Commercial Services | Environmental / Waste Services | Other Recurring Blue-Collar Services The successful candidate will have: Significant multi-site P&L responsibility A track record of building scalable operating infrastructure Experience integrating acquisitions and working with founder-led businesses Demonstrated organic growth and operational improvement Experience recruiting, developing and upgrading leadership teams Strong commercial and financial instincts Credibility with field-based workforces and local operating leaders Experience working with private equity or another highly accountable ownership structure The ability to create order from complexity and make decisions before every answer is known A hands-on leadership style and willingness to maintain a visible presence throughout Florida Prior CEO experience is preferred but not required. We are equally interested in exceptional operating executives who have already demonstrated CEO-level ownership, judgment and leadership and are ready to step into the top seat. Why Consider It?
