What You'll Do

• Deliver outpatient Urology care to a diverse adult and geriatric patient population
• Perform surgical procedures utilizing DaVinci robotic system
• Manage a consistent patient load, averaging 17-20 patients daily
• Collaborate with a team of two established Urologists and ancillary staff
• Participate in on-call rotations (approximately 10 days/month)
• Use EMR systems for documentation and communication (EPIC)
• Provide patient education and develop treatment plans
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in a hospital-based outpatient setting

What You Need

• Medical license in Ohio
• Experience in outpatient/urology practice
• Proficiency with robotic surgery and relevant medical equipment

• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to relocate or live within 40 miles of Ashtabula
