Desktop Support Technician

Immediate need for a talented Desktop Support Technician. This is a 11+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Niskayuna, NY (Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Deskside support and imaging. Dependability: both to get work done independently, and for attendance for availability to work scheduled hours. Trusted to work proactively is a key attribute given limited site IT Leadership. Soft Skills are a must for this role. Ability to work with strong personalities. Coachable, Team Player able to meet customer expectations regularly and respond well to feedback from leadership. Work schedule: M-F, 8 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch. Start could be anywhere from 7-9am. Experience: 3+ years preferred, but no less than 1. Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
