People & Culture Coordinator

The Role Fever is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team, based in New York City. The P&C Coordinator will support the Americas People & Culture team, assisting with local People initiatives, HRIS data management, and coordinating new joiner onboarding. This is a unique opportunity to provide key support for a rapidly growing global company and gain valuable experience in the People & Culture domain. Responsibilities Coordinate and support People & Culture initiatives in the Americas (United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil), collaborating with the global P&C team. Responsible for onboarding new hires in the Americas, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Oversee HRIS data management , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Draft internal P&C communications , keeping employees informed and engaged. Provide support for employee relations issues , fostering a positive work environment. Organize employee engagement activities and events , promoting a vibrant company culture. Assist in compensation and benefits administration . Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Spanish is a plus) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities . High level of accuracy and attention to detail . Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Google Suite , particularly Google Sheets. Comfortable working with and learning new technologies and platforms . Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment . Prior experience in a People/HR-related role is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
