Overview Sentara is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Ante‑partum Unit at Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. Sign on Bonus: up to $20,000 for qualified candidates. Shift: Full Time, Night shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.). Responsibilities The RN is responsible for delivering competent nursing care following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation). Duties include assessing patients, coordinating care, providing education to mothers and infants, and ensuring proper healing during the postpartum stay. Qualifications RN Degree required. Virginia RN License required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Prior Women’s Health RN experience preferred.
