Staffing Coordinator

Ridgeview Place Senior Living has the opportunity to welcome a Staffing Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team! Our Staffing Coordinators promote a stable workforce through their expert coordination of scheduling and staffing. You'll be the first point of contact for all of our visitors and assist residents and their family members with various questions.If this sounds like the ideal culture you desire, we welcome the opportunity to work with you! JOB HIGHLIGHTS: Up to $20.00 per hour FT Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm) JOB SUMMARY: As a Staffing Coordinator supporting the nursing department, you will prepare, adjust, and maintain schedules. You will be responsible for managing time records, time off requests, and provide reports/data, as needed, in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Nursing and state and federal guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS: Prior administrative experience, such as scheduling, is beneficial for this role. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and team members. Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
