Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a Founding Director of Growth for a NYC-based healthtech startup using AI to recover insurance revenue. You’ll build the GTM engine from scratch, turning inbound leads into a scalable pipeline and owning the CRM and attribution. You’ll start hands-on, then hire and lead a growth team as the company scales, with ABM and experiential marketing at the core. 8–12+ years in B2B enterprise demand generation and startup experience preferred.
