$60,000–$75,000 per year | Paid Weekly

Window World, America's leading replacement window company, is looking for an experienced Contact Center Supervisor to lead and support our Baton Rouge Contact Center team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching employees, improving team performance, solving customer issues, and creating a great customer experience. You'll work directly with Contact Center representatives to help them succeed while ensuring the team meets service, quality, and performance goals.

• Lead, coach, and support Contact Center representatives in their day-to-day responsibilities
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback
• Monitor team performance, productivity, service levels, and quality expectations
• Identify training and development opportunities to help employees improve and grow
• Assist team members with complex or escalated customer concerns
• Lead team huddles, refresher trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Help ensure customers receive consistent, professional service across phone, email, chat, and text
• Recognize strong performance and help create initiatives that encourage employee engagement
• Identify opportunities to improve Contact Center processes, workflows, and the overall customer experience
• Support the implementation of new processes, technology, and customer service initiatives
• Partner with leadership to achieve department and company goals

• 5+ years of experience in a contact center, call center, or customer service environment
• 3+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience monitoring performance metrics and improving team results
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to professionally handle escalated customer situations
• Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and contact center software
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented leadership style

This is an in-person position at our Baton Rouge headquarters:

8405 Airline Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70815

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
