Youth Leadership & Development Director

The Youth Development Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating departmental leadership development programs, activities and events and providing individual guidance and referrals as needed. This role operates in a youth center environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings or weekends as job duties demand.
