To support Imagen's ambitious growth goals, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the entire candidate life cycle for critical technical roles, partnering with engineering leadership and utilizing innovative sourcing strategies in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact technical roles, including Software Engineers and ML Researchers Act as a trusted advisor to senior engineering leaders, leveraging market intelligence to shape role requirements and search strategies Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier engineering talent beyond traditional platforms Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record 3+ years of Technical Recruiting experience, particularly in hiring Software Engineers or ML Engineers Strong technical fluency to effectively screen candidates for technical aptitude Proven ability to manage relationships with senior engineering leaders and maintain high hiring standards Highly organized with experience managing a high volume of candidates and data integrity within an ATS
