About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading all fundraising and donor relations activities, with a focus on growing and diversifying the organization's funding sources. This role is pivotal in driving support for the academic and professional development programs of senior military and diplomatic leaders. The Chief Advancement Officer will be expected to have a strategic and relationship-focused approach, with a proven track record in cultivating major gifts from both individual and institutional donors. A strong interest in national security and advanced education, as well as a passion for effectively communicating the mission and impact of the organization, is essential. Applicants for the Chief Advancement Officer position at the company should be prepared to take on a challenging and rewarding role that is central to the Foundation's mission. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional in the field of advancement, with the ability to engage and inspire donors to support the Foundation's work.
