Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic alliance with clients, building trust and rapport essential for effective counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure in Washington State as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
