**Required Experience and Qualifications:** 1. Experience with ICU/PCU level of care. 2. BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIH certifications. 3. Proficiency in cardiac rhythm. **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** 1. Burn experience. 2. ABLS certification. 3. ICU or PCU background. 4. Hemodynamic monitoring and drip titration proficiency. **Certifications Required:** 1. Basic Life Support (BLS) 2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) 3. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) 4. National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification **Preferred Certification:** 1. Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) **Skills Required:** 1. Hemodynamic monitoring. 2. Hemodynamic drip titration. **Advanced Skills Preferred:** 1. NIH certification. 2. ABLS certification. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience with ICU/PCU level of care, with preferred burn experience. - Proficient in procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, line insertion, chest tube insertions, and post-op procedural care.
