Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $30/hour, paid weekly
- 90-Day Contract Assignment
- Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week
- Flexible start time between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Flexible end time between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Half-day Fridays available (depart at 12:00 PM based on business needs)
- No overtime required
- Excellent professional opportunity with potential for contract extension.

- Source and recruit top technical talent using multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing techniques
- Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Recruit for technical positions including:
- ServiceNow Engineers
- AI Engineers
- Full-Stack Developers
- Product Owners
- Supply Chain Engineers
- Business Analysts
- Other technology-related positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through interview scheduling
- Support recruiting initiatives and other talent acquisition projects as assigned
- Previous experience recruiting or sourcing technical and IT professionals required
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, product, or technology positions strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools
- Experience conducting candidate screening interviews
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with recruiting and hiring teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
