Are you an Account Executive or SaaS Sales Representative with experience selling into public safety, fire departments, or private emergency medical services (private EMS) companies ? Or are you a health-tech software sales rep who has sold data-driven EHRs orEMRs, AI-powered software tools , or similar? Have you built a track record as a top-performing Account Executive in healthcare SaaS and want to make a real impact by empowering EMTs, EMS teams, and fire departments ? If you’re a consultative SaaS seller who is nodding your head yes and looking for a commission plan that actually rewards performance , this SaaS Account Executive role may be a great fit.
This PE-backed healthcare SaaS company recently launched an AI-driven EMS documentation product into a high-growth, underserved segment. Now fully integrated into their platform, this well-positioned solution delivers a clear and compelling value proposition for public and private EMS companies. Backed by private equity and led by an experienced Chief Sales Officer, the team has is poised for breakout growth.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive full-cycle SaaS sales motions for a healthcare technology SaaS product as well as an AI-powered product to private and public EMS agencies, fire departments, and public safety customers
- Average deal sizes are ~$40-70K with sales cycles around 60-90 days
- Hunt new logos via a s elf-sourced pipeline as well as inbound marketing leads and SDR leads
- Help shape the go-to-market strategy for a newly defined sales motion
- Represent the company at industry conferences , virtual demos, and in-person meetings as needed
- Make an actual impact by delivering a product that makes a real difference for both users and patients.
What You'll Need:
- 3-4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in similar deal size ranges
- History of achieving/surpassing quota
- Background in EMS, fire, public safety, or adjacent tech verticals is a huge plus
- Comfortable self-sourcing leads and operating in a hunter sales environment
- Ability to explain technical or data-driven tools to non-technical operational buyers
- Experience selling into municipal, fire, or EMS agencies preferred
