This role plays a critical part in driving patient care excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and professional development Ensure high standards of patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and administrative staff Monitor and improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
