Lead Technical Support Engineer

This is a support role for someone who wants to be challenged. There’s an opportunity for a Lead End User Support Engineer to join a highly technical team at a Manhattan-based hedge fund. You’ll still be hands-on with users, but the role gives you the chance to work well beyond traditional desktop support. Because the team is lean, you’ll get exposure to Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, automation, and broader technology initiatives across the firm. The environment includes Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Windows, PowerShell, SaaS platforms, and a range of cloud technologies. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in projects, improve processes, automate repetitive work, and become a technical escalation point for the team. You can stay close to the end users while continuing to build deeper technical skills and take on heavier technical work.
