This onsite role gives you the structural autonomy to balance ledgers, oversee job costing, and manage multi-project workflows without micromanagement. Your precision will directly protect our bottom line and optimize company operations as we continue to scale. How You Will Make an Impact Maintain precise financial records by recording and verifying all multi-project accounting transactions daily. Execute thorough job-costing processes to accurately track vendor invoices, project expenses, and operational margins. Supervise subcontractor compliance data, tracking insurance-related financial documents and critical lien waivers closely. Prepare accurate contractor and vendor payments systematically to ensure continuous, on-time project execution. Partner with project managers and executive leadership to reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances. Optimize corporate spreadsheets and digital accounting systems to elevate overall data transparency and reporting speed. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping, corporate accounting, or highly relevant financial management experience. Advanced computer proficiency with deep technical expertise using QuickBooks, basic accounting software, and Microsoft Excel. Comprehensive understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and high-volume corporate transaction management. Demonstrated history working autonomously within an accountability-driven, fast-paced corporate business environment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completed Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related business field. Substantial background in construction bookkeeping, including job costing, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance management. Proven ability to analyze complex financial data points and navigate tight, vendor-facing timelines with total composure.
