Float Customer Service Supervisor

Location: South Bay Region, needs to be available to Float between our Fairhaven, Ashley Blvd, Elm St., State Rd, and Dartmouth St. Branches - May be eligible for Mileage Reimbursement

Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required

Lead & Inspire :
- Supervise, coach, and develop teller staff
- Provide ongoing training and feedback
- Manage staffing schedules

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Build strong relationships with customers

Drive Results & Growth :
- Identify referral opportunities
- Support sales initiatives and branch goals

Ensure Operational Excellence :
- Oversee teller operations and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with policies

Be a Team Player :
- Collaborate across departments
- Participate in community events What You Bring

- Minimum 1 year teller experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of banking products
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and reliability
