Management Analyst

Job Description – Management Analyst Position: Management Analyst, Region Emergency Management Department of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Required experience: At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following competencies: Initiating, reviewing, authorizing, and/or tracking personnel actions such as recruitment, promotion, details, awards, etc. Working with Human Resources and Labor Relations to fill vacant positions. Conducting analyses of complex functions and work processes including workload and deviations from standards to determine validated staffing requirements. Determining civilian manpower requirements to make recommendations or advice to Regional Directors in the decision-making process.
