Empathetic Organ Donation Family Services Coordinator

Infinite Legacy seeks an Organ Family Services Coordinator I to guide families through compassionate organ and tissue donation discussions, coordinating with hospital partners and the Aftercare team. The role emphasizes ethical communication, trauma-informed care, and seamless transition from donation through bereavement support.
