Overview We’re seeking a highly experienced Principal/Managing Director to lead the Austin office and play a key role in shaping the future of our operations. Base pay range : $185,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead as both Principal and Senior Project Manager on significant, complex projects. Mentor and inspire a talented team of engineers, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure success. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural, and civil engineers. Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and within the professional community. Experience 15+ years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas required ; LEED AP certification preferred. Strong background in the design of MEP systems. Proven success in growing and managing a design office. Communication and relationship-building skills.
