Finance Department – Part‑Time Accounts Payable Position Start date: As soon as possible. Hours: up to 27.5 hours per week. Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable processes and procedures Perform duties requiring strong Excel skills and competency with Edmunds Software and Microsoft Office Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with municipal policies Organize, prioritize schedule, and manage daily work activities to meet deadlines Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Qualifications: Prior Accounts Payable experience required Preferred: experience in local government Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and multitask Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of Edmunds Software and Microsoft Office preferred Compensation: $27.27 to $36.39 per hour, commensurate with experience.
