Contract Administrator I

Ensuring timely and accurate execution of contracts, the full-time remote Contract Administrator I will manage contract processing, maintain internal databases, and assist in proposal planning while collaborating with various teams to mitigate risks. Key responsibilities: Process contracts according to client policies and assist with service termination amendments Maintain an internal database of legal documents and prepare contract briefs summarizing requirements and budgets Track payments, deadlines, and contractor performance, while maintaining organized audit files for each contract Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups Ability to interpret complex information and manage high volumes of data accurately Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in English with a customer-centric approach and aptitude for technology
