Job Overview The Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to engineering specifications and blueprints. This role supports production by ensuring high-quality welds on structural and mechanical assemblies using MIG welding techniques. Responsibilities Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements. Fabrication and welding of steel angle, tube and plates to specification as well as plasma and flame cutting. Operating other equipment such as forklifts, saws and drills Welding piping, structural steel and other weldments Related material handling and completion of documentation. Requirements 1+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Basic math and tape measurement skills. Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and operate material handling equipment. Preferences High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass a welding skills test. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements This position will be based at our site in Blandon, PA no travel.
