Recruiter & Administrative Assistant

We may be able to help you out. ER Autocare needs a Recruiter & Executive Assistant.
The position is 70% recruiting and 30% executive assistant tasks.
You will be recruiting for all positions in the company with technician recruiting being the bulk of it.
There are variety of tasks on the assistant side that can be added as time allows, including email management, light office cleaning & organization management. There may be additional tasks if time allows.
This is a full-time, in-person position that is paid hourly plus a full benefits package.
Schedule:
Due to the nature of recruiting technicians, the schedule will be abnormal compared to some jobs.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in office from 9:30-6:30 with lunch from 1:30-2:30
- Thursday - off
- Friday - 9:30- 5:30 unless circumstances require later hours
- There may be up to 4 hours of work on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm that can be done remotely. All other hour are in office
- We are a "Do what it takes " company - this is a projected schedule that will change as situations arise
