Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of convention services to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor event plans that exceed expectations.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize event bookings and drive food and beverage revenue.
• Develop detailed event timelines and communicate them effectively to all relevant departments.
• Ensure all event spaces are set up according to client specifications and hotel standards.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure quality services and products for events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in future events.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business, or 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, catering, or event management.
• Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong problem-solving skills, especially when handling last-minute changes.
• The ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
