As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home while collaborating with a passionate team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient advocacy and recovery. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s mental health status, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent, reflecting the best practices in mental health care.

• Provide psychotherapy services utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on feedback and clinical judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all aspects of patient care are coordinated seamlessly for improved recovery results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, especially those with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in conjunction with substance use issues. As part of a detox program, you will play a critical role in helping clients re-establish mental stability and navigate the complexities of recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct psychotherapy and mental health services, ideally in a detox or rehabilitation setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
