Director, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Operations strategy and oversight for assigned oncology programs and personnel
- Represent Clinical Operations on Global Development Teams, influencing product development strategy
- Manage cross-functional relationships globally to deliver programs on time, on budget, and with quality
- Identify and mitigate emerging risks and issues across clinical studies and programs
- Hire, develop, and retain direct and indirect reports; set performance goals and provide coaching
Requirements
- Extensive clinical operations leadership experience in oncology drug development
- Proven track record managing large teams and complex multi-program portfolios
- Deep expertise in Phase I-IV clinical trial execution and regulatory compliance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRO oversight and vendor management
- Financial acumen for program budgeting and resource allocation
- Knowledge of study design, patient pathways, and data quality principles
