Accounting Intern
OPTIM8 SOLUTIONS INC
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our finance department, providing exposure to accounting principles and daily operations. Key Responsibilities AR Assistance: Support accounts receivable, invoice reconciliation, and customer payments. Reconciliations & Reporting: Assist with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing. Data & Audit Support: Perform data entry, maintain files, help organize documentation for audits, and perform other assorted office duties. Projects: Aid with financial research and budgeting tasks as needed. Requirements Education: Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or similar. Skills: Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of GAAP, and strong attention to detail. Attributes: High confidentiality and professional communication.
