Cashier and Drive Thru Staff

We are looking for an fun and energetic applicant to fill a vacant spot as a Crew Member and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant. Wage will depend on experience. Responsibilities Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service Quickly and accurately take orders, prepare orders and products following restaurant, health, and safety standards Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members Checking the quality of the ingredients. Perform other duties as assigned by management Answer fan questions about product ingredients and preparation Be a team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members May be required to meet requirements of all other staff positions. Requirements Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to follow directions and established procedures. Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shifts Effective time management and organization skills.
