- Maintain accurate vendor information and assist with vendor setup
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments
What We're Looking for in an Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong full-cycle AP processing background
- Experience working with purchase orders and vendor payments
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Infor SyteLine experience is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
