Commercial HVAC / Building Services Sales Representative Washington, DC – $80K–$100K Base + Commission + Benefits A growing commercial building services company in the Washington, DC market is hiring a Service Sales Representative to manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial service clients across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This is a strong fit for someone with commercial HVAC service sales, mechanical service sales, facility services sales, or construction service sales experience who understands how to sell maintenance agreements, repair work, service contracts, inspections, and long-term commercial relationships. The company is open to training the technical side for the right sales professional. The most important fit is someone who knows how to sell recurring commercial service work, build relationships with property/facility decision‑makers, and grow a book of business. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial service clients Sell maintenance agreements, repair work, service programs, inspections, and recurring service solutions Develop new business through referrals, cold outreach, self‑generated leads, and existing account expansion Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and commercial decision‑makers Identify service opportunities through client visits, building assessments, and follow‑up conversations Prepare and present proposals for repair work, maintenance programs, and service agreements Partner with internal service teams, estimators, project managers, and operations to ensure strong client delivery Track sales activity, follow‑up, proposals, and pipeline through CRM Ideal Background 4+ years of B2B sales experience Commercial HVAC service sales, mechanical service sales, facility services sales, building services sales, or construction service sales experience preferred Experience selling maintenance contracts, service agreements, repairs, inspections, or recurring service programs Proven ability to prospect, self‑generate leads, and grow a book of business Comfortable selling to property managers, facility managers, building owners, and commercial clients Strong communication, follow‑up, proposal, and relationship‑building skills Comfortable with local field sales across DC, Maryland, and Virginia Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why This Opportunity $80K–$100K base salary plus commission Company vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop provided Existing client portfolio to inherit and grow Strong crossover opportunity for HVAC, mechanical, facility services, or construction service sales professionals Familiar buyer base: property managers, facility managers, owners, and building operators Stable commercial service environment with long‑term client relationship potential Technical product/service knowledge can be trained for the right sales background MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
