THE ROLE We’re on the hunt for a creative, strategic, and marketing-savvy Senior Account Manager with a knack for blending storytelling with strategy. You’ve mastered media relations, integrated marketing, and the art of PR—now you’re ready to take your career to the next level. With your deep understanding of the industry, you can lead clients through the evolving landscape, spark innovative campaigns, and make sure everything you touch turns to gold. You don’t just manage, you elevate. Responsibilities Bring your Vision: Drive integrated marketing and PR strategies for top-tier clients across industries. Be the go-to strategist for delivering cutting-edge campaigns that pack a punch. Media Relations Maestro: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media players. Know who’s who in the industry, and always stay one step ahead with proactive pitching that gets the right people talking. Creative Powerhouse: Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and deliver innovative creative strategies that break through the noise. You have a sharp eye for creative excellence and understand what resonates with different audiences. Client Whisperer: Be the trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through every twist and turn of their PR journey. From boardroom to brainstorm, you’ll elevate their brand voice and deliver results that make an impact. Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team of PR pros. You’re a coach, a motivator, and a collaborator. You lead with empathy, empowering others to push their own boundaries and deliver extraordinary results. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance, fine-tune strategies, and provide actionable insights to continually elevate the work. You’re not just about big ideas, you’re about big results. About you Experience: 5-7+ years of agency experience, with a proven track record across media relations, integrated marketing, creative, and strategy. Trend know-how: A sharp understanding of the latest trends and tools in PR and digital marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy. Relationships: A natural flair for building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. Leadership: Experience managing a team and elevating talent within your agency. Ambition: An insatiable desire to create standout campaigns and amplify brands in a crowded market.
