Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services both in individual therapy sessions and community outreach, collaborating with clients experiencing major mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments, creating personalized care plans that allow for the integration of linked services.

• Implement treatment methodologies tailored to individual client needs, including group and family therapy, with a focus on recovery and prevention.

• Work closely with clients to monitor their progress, ensuring timely evaluations of their treatment plans and making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly focus on serving various client demographics, particularly within the under-served populations of Jacksonville, Florida. Many of our clients experience symptoms related to complex mental health disorders and emotional challenges, and it is crucial for you to embody empathy, patience, and respect as you navigate their individual stories and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Florida.

• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is mandatory; a master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in a setting that serves diverse and under-served populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport-building with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
