Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with clients to facilitate effective counseling.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with established clinical practices.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions, providing valuable insights and techniques to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor their progress, provide counseling interventions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Assist in case management by referring clients to additional specialists or resources when required.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations to document client progress and outcomes while maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
