Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our international markets outside of the U.S. and China. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in contract negotiations. Experience in the ophthalmic surgical device industry is preferred but not required.

Essential functions include:

• Support sales, marketing, and administrative activities
• Coordinate trade shows, marketing materials, and booth setup
• Process customer orders and coordinate shipments
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain global pricing lists and apply customer payments
• Support distributor onboarding, training, and ongoing relationships
• Help grow and manage the international distributor network
• Follow up on sales leads and support social media initiatives
• Analyze sales trends and prepare reports
• Assist with product registrations and regulatory documentation
• Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Support new product launches and product line expansion
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education, experience, and skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or distributor management within the medical device industry, preferably ophthalmology
• Experience working with international distributors and contract negotiations
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as needed

Annual base salary: $80,000 – $108,000 DOE (depending on experience)

Location: San Leandro, CA (onsite, full-time)
