Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: The Electronic Billing Assistant provides electronic billing support to assigned clients and eBilling Specialists: setting up clients on e-billing vendor websites; performing monthly maintenance on e-billing websites; performing and monitoring monthly electronic bill submissions through e-billing software; assisting Billing Specialists, clients and vendors to resolve rejections and create appeals; monitoring and reporting on the status of submitted electronic bills and follow-up as necessary; tracking and completing electronic billing related requests through internal ticketing system. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Jones Day offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees.
