### Role Overview

We are looking for a Remote Print Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day printing operations. This role focuses on monitoring print workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality output across our distributed network.

### Key Responsibilities

* Monitor print jobs and ensure successful completion
* Troubleshoot basic printing and software-related issues
* Coordinate with local print partners and vendors
* Review print quality (alignment, formatting, clarity)
* Manage multiple print requests and prioritize workloads
* Support shipping and fulfillment coordination when required
* Maintain documentation and report operational issues

### Requirements

* Experience with printing systems or print production workflows
* Basic troubleshooting skills (hardware/software)
* Strong attention to detail (quality control)
* Comfortable using cloud tools and dashboards
* Good communication skills (English required)

### Nice to Have

* Experience with print-on-demand or fulfillment systems
* Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator / PDF workflows
* Experience working with distributed or remote operations
