About the opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced specialty sales professional to promote PYLARIFY, a PSMA-targeted PET imaging agent used to detect PSMA-positive lesions in men with prostate cancer, and grow our Nuclear Medicine business across an assigned geography. This role is best suited for a proven pharmaceutical or medical device key account manager with experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, imaging, or urology who can navigate complex health systems, develop contracts, and build trusted relationships with clinical and business decision-makers.

You will own the customer journey from account identification and contracting through onboarding, education, and ongoing growth. You will work directly with physicians, nuclear medicine professionals, department leaders, administrators, purchasing teams, and other stakeholders at both individual sites and integrated delivery networks (IDNs). You will also coordinate closely with internal partners and pharmacy manufacturing facilities to deliver a consistent customer experience.

The successful candidate will combine clinical credibility, strategic account management, and strong commercial execution. You will develop territory and key-account plans, expand product access and utilization, and position Lantheus as a preferred partner in prostate cancer imaging. This field-based role reports to the Nuclear Medicine Regional Sales Director.

Successful sales experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, or urology within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry. Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologists with demonstrated commercial success are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute territory and key-account plans that achieve sales, access, utilization, and profitability goals.
• Build relationships with thought leading physicians, nuclear medicine leaders, technologists, department directors, administrators, supply chain, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Engage customers at both the individual site and IDN level, adapting account strategies to complex organizational structures and decision processes.
• Identify new imaging customers, lead local contracting and renewals, and navigate formulary, procurement, and implementation requirements.
• Onboard and educate new sites on the approved use of PYLARIFY through in-services, presentations, and coordinated cross-functional support.
• Use market, customer, payer, competitive, and performance data to prioritize opportunities and adjust territory plans.
• Partner with National Accounts, Market Access, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, Marketing, pharmacy manufacturing facilities, and other internal teams to resolve barriers and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with nuclear medicine physicians, PET readers, key opinion leaders, and imaging center leadership.
• Identify reimbursement or access challenges and coordinate appropriate internal resources to help address them.
• Represent Lantheus and promote PYLARIFY in a compliant, ethical, and patient-first manner.

What you bring

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, urology, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or another complex specialty market within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
• Demonstrated experience selling directly to healthcare providers and decision-makers, including thought leading physicians, department directors, administrators, supply chain, and purchasing.
• Experience developing business across both individual sites and IDNs or health systems.
• Healthcare contracting and negotiation experience, including new agreements, renewals, or product-access arrangements.
• Strong clinical and business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex technical and economic information to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Proven success by creating account plans, analyzing territory performance, prioritizing opportunities, and delivering results in a complex sales environment.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to ethical, compliant business practices and an inclusive workplace.

Preferred qualifications 

• Experience in oncology, urology, or an adjacent specialty field within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
• Experience with PET/CT imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, radioligand therapy, or prostate cancer care.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) with demonstrated commercial or business-development success.
• Experience working with large health systems, academic medical centers, imaging networks, or IDN contracting structures.
• Experience delivering clinical in-services and product training.
• Experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners in highly matrixed organizations.

Role requirements

• Field-based, remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Routine domestic and overnight travel is required (up to 50% depending on assigned geography)
• Valid driver’s license.

The pay range for this position is between $147,000 and $221,000 annually.

Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
