Growing together.The Behavioral Health Project Manager leads and coordinates the implementation of behavioral health provider networks to meet client-specific geographic access, regulatory, and operational requirements. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor network implementation projects, ensuring timely completion, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager facilitates cross-functional collaboration, manages project plans and documentation, mitigates risks, and drives effective communication to support successful network development and ongoing operational excellence.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate behavioral health network implementations to meet client, regulatory, and network adequacy requirementsCollaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate and support network implementation activities or other duties as assignedMonitor network adequacy, project milestones, and network readinessAnalyze data, track progress, and communicate risks, issues, and network changes to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain project plans, reports, and documentation using project management and tracking toolsSupport process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency, compliance, and overall project outcomesContribute to a team environment that is compassionate, supportive, inclusive and goal drivenYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience leading complex projects and strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders2+ years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial productsProficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritiesDemonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational resultsDemonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeProfessional Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) and experience in Agile environmentsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
