ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before joining State Farm, I worked in a variety of roles, including at Commerce Bank and Baker Pool & Spa. I originally wanted to become a claims representative, but that opportunity led me to State Farm and eventually agency ownership.

I'm a lifelong St. Louis resident who enjoys spending time with my family and staying active outdoors. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency is involved with the North County Chamber of Commerce and supports local pet rescue organizations. We enjoy building relationships both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Ben Weeks - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
