Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and devise tailored treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time status while ensuring all required documentation—including ongoing treatment plan reviews and case notes—is completed in alignment with company policies.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to align therapy practices with the needs of the community, leveraging creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals.

• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each client session in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring compliance with documentation norms.
\n
• Coordinate services and communicate effectively with case managers, family members, educational institutions, and medical personnel when necessary.
\n
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training opportunities to further enhance your skills and those of your colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Possession of an LMFT PA clinical license is mandatory.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in completing clinical documentation, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to submit documentation promptly and adhere to deadlines.
\n
• Ability to establish and model appropriate therapeutic boundaries with clients.
\n
• Experience working with a diverse clientele.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; experience with Valant is an advantage.

• Capacity to pass a background check as per organizational policy.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
