Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing serious mental health challenges, both in virtual and community settings.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate comprehensive assessments as necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to supportive services and facilitating communication among clients, families, and caregivers.

• Carry a diverse caseload focused on assessment, intervention, and ongoing treatment through individual, group, and family therapy.

• Monitor treatment progress, ensuring interventions align with client needs and adjusting plans as required.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and provide on-call coverage as assigned.

• Engage actively in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, sharing insights and strategies that enhance service delivery.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and data submissions.

• Advocate for clients throughout the treatment process, fostering a sense of agency and promoting positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele within a detox center, primarily comprising individuals grappling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in clinical social work, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
