Key Responsibilities Process customer billing accurately and within required timelines. Review invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice issues, and customer inquiries. Maintain organized billing records, documentation, and account information. Coordinate with finance, sales, and internal teams to confirm billing details and resolve open items. Support month‑end billing activities, reporting, and account reconciliation processes.
