Speech Language Pathologist - Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Connected Roots Care Center in Omaha, NE seeks a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a community-based day program. The SLP will complete evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech, language, and swallowing therapy focused on communication, safety, and social engagement. Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, training caregivers and staff, and promoting client dignity, independence, and meaningful community participation in a supportive, inclusive workplace.
