Job Details Type: Full-time Description Gunton Corporation, dba Pella Windows & Doors, is a leader in the industry. As the largest independent distributor of Pella Windows & Doors, our sales team provides solutions for window and door needs, contributing to over 90 years of success. Join our exciting growth! Territory Centered around our showroom in Canfield, OH. We prefer our Sales Reps to reside within the territory they serve. Responsibilities Represent and sell Pella products and Gunton services to homeowners. Manage time effectively to maximize opportunities, using contact management software efficiently. Attend scheduled in-home appointments, including evenings and Saturdays. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams. Follow up during and after installations to ensure a World Class Customer Experience. Stay informed about Pella and competitor products. Maintain high personal ethics and adhere to company policies. Minimum Qualifications Valid Driver’s License and appropriate insurance coverage. Ability to lift and carry tools weighing up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications College degree.
