About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead a strategic transformation of the IT function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a formal IT strategy and multi-year roadmap that aligns with the company's business growth objectives. This role requires a leader who can modernize technology, establish KPIs, and governance frameworks, and drive a customer-centric approach to IT. The VP of IT will also be tasked with leading the evaluation and potential replacement of applications, solving data accessibility issues, and improving the cybersecurity posture. Additionally, the role involves building a repeatable IT integration playbook to support the company's M&A activities and leading the technology integration for newly acquired entities. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution. Experience in a PE-backed company and a proven track record of building or transforming an IT function are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong change management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented perspective. Technical qualifications include familiarity with ERP platforms, cloud-first thinking, and experience in cybersecurity frameworks. The VP of IT will also be a mentor and coach to a team of 10-12, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
