This position is offered in a flexible remote setting while still providing access to our outpatient office where team collaboration and client engagement occur. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, creating tailored therapy plans to address individual client needs.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions that encourage open dialogue, vulnerability, and healing.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through systematic assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, providing referrals to specialists when necessary, to create a holistic plan of care for each client.

• Document clinical assessments, client interactions, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation meets our high standards for quality and detail.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and substance abuse disorders. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with clients to develop strategies that lead to improved relationships and personal growth, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
